The Learning Needs Inventory (LNI) is an assessment that integrates theories of learning, creativity, innovation, design thinking, and work motivation.

The LNI takes about 2 minutes to complete and you will get:

  1. Definitions of the Underlying Learning Needs and your score for each of them

  2. Your overall adaptability profile

  3. Details of innovation and execution tendencies

  4. Your overall innovation and execution tendencies profile

TEAM LEVEL

The Team Learning Inventory (TLI)

the Team Learning Inventory (TLI) is a team-level 360 degree assessment integrating theories of team development, team interaction, conversational learning, creativity, innovation, design, and change models.

The TLI takes about 30 minutes for team members to complete and about 5 minutes for external clients/customers/supervisors.

  1. A team’s quality of engagement based on the four major dimensions of team interaction.

  2. A team’s innovation capacity

  3. A team’s implementation capacity

ORGANIZATION LEVEL

The Design Summit

The Design Summit process is specifically designed to help organizations achieve breakthrough innovations and effective execution (completion) from Ideation to generation of predicted and unexpected possibilities into outcomes to help organizations to thrive in today’s volatile and evolving work environment..  The process itself revolves around two major phases:

The Innovation Phase, which comprises the Ideation process and the synthesis/design/selection or SDS process.

The Execution Phase, which incorporates ensuring clarity and delivery/actualization in a way that is effective for client systems and the organization itself.

We have the LNI in 3 languages (English, Chinese, and Spanish).

Our Book

Our concept of High-Impact Engagement is designed to help organizations engage individuals and teams to bolster success.  In our book we share insights and strategies to improve performance by linking key factors related to learning, interpersonal skills, motivation, and innovation.  Our approach is evidenced-based which means that we rely on qualitative and quantitative data rather than fuzzy observations.  We also examine important topics like diversity in the workplace, the centrality of teamwork, what it means to work as part of a team, and more. Through the years, we have been able to present our method as a two-phase approach to creating and sustaining high-impact engagement, incorporating effective coaching for individuals, team leaders, and teams. We have used this approach over 18 years successfully worldwide and across diverse industries with widespread impact. Our book is the result of our own spiral of high-impact learning that can have a meaningful and powerful impact on any organization.  We hope this book will help others learn how to achieve higher levels of engagement and impact!
